A new role, a digital transformation or a growth journey? The program begins with a conversation to discuss what challenges you face and what experiences are desirable for your mentor to possess. Successful mentoring is about a mutual exchange, where both parties share that a rewarding relationship can be developed. We attach great importance to the matching process, which is the reason for this initial conversation.
The program is based on two parts; common and individual meetings. The joint meetings highlight leadership based on different dimensions and aim to give inspiration to the individual mentor meetings
