A new role, a digital transformation or a growth journey? The program begins with a conversation to discuss what type of challenges you face and what experiences and attributes are desirable for your mentor to possess. Successful mentoring is about a mutual exchange, where both parties consent that a rewarding relationship can be developed. We attach great importance to the matching process, which is the reason for this initial conversation.
The program is divided into two parts; joint and individual meetings. The joint meetings highlight leadership based on different perspectives and aim to give inspiration to the individual mentor meetings.
We believe in the power of meeting people. It is in conversations between people who do not know each other that new dynamics are created and ideas and thoughts that otherwise might not have arisen may be born.
