Board work is a dynamic process, which is why we offer a form of evaluation that captures the complex challenges that the board is constantly faced with. Our strength lies in several years of experience with interviews and assessments within executive search. We have our own individual experiences from boards and management teams. In addition to this, we have twelve years experience of assessments of listed, private equity and family owned companies. This means that we can ask questions that identify the principal opportunities for growth, and that in turn allows us to present clear and concrete suggestions for improvement.
Tailored to the board’s demands and challenges
Every board and, hence, every board review is unique. Through interviews and follow-up questions we gain a good understanding of the current work of the board and the context in which it operates, which can then help determine how to meet future needs and challenges.
Individual interviews make a difference
The method of personal interviewing has several advantages over surveys. Board members often find that the experience of personal dialogue is more positive and less demanding than having to answer generic questions in text. Through the individual interviews we not only gain a clear understanding of how the board’s work is conducted but we also have the opportunity to identify clear and concrete areas for development and receive the board’s own ideas and suggestions.
