Board work is a dynamic process, which is why we offer a form of evaluation that captures the complex challenges that the board is constantly faced with. Our strength lies in several years of experience with interviews and assessments within executive search. We have our own individual experiences from boards and management teams. In addition to this, we have twelve years’ experience of assessments of listed-, private equity- and family owned companies. This means that we can ask questions that captures the cardinal opportunities for growth, and that allows us to present clear and concrete suggestions for improvement.
Tailored to the board’s demands and challenges
Every board and, hence, every board review is unique. Through interviews and follow-up questions we gain a good understanding of the current work of the board and the context in which it operates, so as to put that into relation to future needs and challenges.
Individual interviews make a difference
The method of personal interviewing has several advantages over surveys. The members of the board often experience the personal dialogue as more positive and less demanding than having to answer generic questions in text. Through the individual interviews we do not only gain a clear understanding of how the board’s work is conducted, we also have the opportunity to identify clear and concrete areas for development and receive the board’s own ideas and suggestions.
