Since its formation in 1985 Michaël Berglund AB has grown to become one of Sweden’s leading companies within Executive Search, Interim and Board services. We promote working in customer relationships where both parties invest in a fruitful, long-term cooperation. Our clients consist of around 50 companies/organisations – not 500. Quality and great relationships are what drives us – not quantity or volume. Customer benefits are our primary objective, with the ultimate goal of providing extensive success for our customers. Our clients – ranging from smaller local companies and organisations to larger multinationals – have shown their confidence and trust in us through a high number of recurring assignments.
